About the role
CareChoice is seeking registered Staff Nurses to join its Munster nursing homes across Cork. You will work in a supportive, multicultural environment delivering high‑quality care to residents while developing your clinical and leadership skills.
Key responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day supervision of care and nursing staff.
- Coordinate resident activities and ensure a person‑centred approach.
- Maintain compliance with HIQA regulations and internal policies.
- Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight as needed.
Required profile
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Excellent clinical, leadership and organisational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to reliably commute to or relocate to the Cork area before starting work.
Required skills
- Clinical nursing competence.
