About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Larchfield Nursing Home in Naas. You will provide high‑quality, person‑centred care to older residents, supporting their physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence‑based nursing care to residents.
• Promote a respectful environment that encourages independence and dignity.
• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to care staff.
• Support inspections, audits and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Act as Nurse in Charge when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Third‑level degree in Nursing.
• Registered with An Bord Altranais and an active PIN.
• Willingness to work day, night and weekend shifts.
• Passion for delivering outstanding care to older adults.

Required skills

• Infection Control certification (or willingness to train).
• Manual Handling certification.
• CPR certification.
• Medication Management competency.
• Safeguarding knowledge.
• Dementia Care expertise.
