Stock Administration Analyst

About the role

Google is looking for a Stock Administration Analyst to join its Finance team in Ireland. You will be responsible for managing equity administration workflows, ensuring compliance with global policies, and supporting employees in understanding their stock equity.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage critical equity administration processes, including vendor management and global compliance.
• Provide clear communication, training, and resources to help employees navigate stock equity complexities.
• Identify and implement improvements in equity compliance and operational procedures.
• Conduct post‑mortem reviews of issues, define corrective actions, and follow up with relevant teams.
• Deliver a positive participant experience by answering questions and issuing timely communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, tax, accounting, or related data‑centric roles.
• Experience managing data, performing reconciliations, and drafting operational documentation.
• Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly.
