Stock Controller – Boutique Logistics

About the role

Join the Stock Control team at CHANEL’s Brown Thomas boutique in Dublin and play a key part in managing the flow of merchandise and supplies. You will ensure accurate receipt, movement, and documentation of stock while supporting a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, verify that goods match accompanying documentation and update the inventory system.
• Arrange returns, transfers and internal movements of stock in coordination with colleagues and head office.
• Maintain expert product knowledge and share it where appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with boutique staff, management and CHANEL head office.
• Support regular stock checks, hold reviews and assist with stock‑taking events.
• Ensure all merchandise is security‑tagged, ticketed, handled and stored correctly.
• Assist with visual displays and timely replacement of sold items.
• Complete required administrative tasks in line with company procedures.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Experience managing stock movement in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail setting.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on team success.
• Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
