Store Manager – Cork

About the role

H&M is looking for a permanent Store Manager to lead its Cork location. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while meeting commercial targets and maintaining visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Analyse sales data, set goals and develop plans to improve results, profitability and stock levels.
• Monitor store performance, identify strengths and growth areas, and stay aware of local market trends and competitors.
• Recruit, onboard and develop staff, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.
