Store Manager – New Store

About the role

As a Store Manager for a brand‑new Lovisa store, you will be responsible for leading the shop, delivering fashion‑forward experiences to customers and driving sales performance. You will build and mentor a team that feels like family while upholding the brand’s high standards and ethics.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure a bright, welcoming environment for customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective merchandising and customer engagement.
• Lead, motivate and develop store staff, creating a succession plan for future leadership roles.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up‑to‑date with the latest fashion trends.
• Collaborate with regional and country managers to implement training and support initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong desire to grow in leadership, management or supervisory roles.
• Proven ability to motivate a team and deliver strong results.
• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Experience leading a face‑to‑face customer environment.
