About the role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Cork retail outlet. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving operational excellence and meeting commercial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Motivate and support the in‑store team daily to achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Identify and maximise opportunities to exceed performance metrics.
- Provide exemplary customer service and maintain a strong floor presence.
- Oversee back‑of‑house activities to ensure smooth commercial execution.
- Become an expert in our hand‑crafted luxury product through thorough training.
- Coach and develop team members, fostering succession and high performance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in store management within a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Passion for creating a culture of outstanding customer service.
- Ability to analyse data, spot trends and act on opportunities.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Adaptable, flexible and positive attitude aligned with brand values.
