Store Manager – Retail Leadership

About the role

The Store Manager leads the Galway Tommy Hilfiger store, ensuring the brand experience meets the highest standards. This role combines operational oversight with team leadership to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the store management team to achieve sales, wage, and profitability targets.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as sales per hour, units per transaction, conversion rate, and shrinkage.
• Control expenses, manage budgets, and oversee mystery shop results and store audits.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement action plans to enhance performance.
• Maintain a positive store environment by treating customers and staff fairly and consistently.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and “door‑to‑floor” best practices are consistently applied.
• Communicate with the buying team to maintain appropriate stock levels and demographic relevance.
• Analyze store reports and develop corrective action plans.
