Stores Operator – Inventory & Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a Stores Operator to join our Carrigaline facility. The role involves coordinating daily store activities, supporting purchasing and customer service teams, and ensuring that inventory is accurately managed and dispatched.

Key responsibilities

• Set up equipment manually to prepare components for PTH level kits.
• Pack and ship cards and units weekly to customers or subcontractors.
• Maintain stock levels in the off‑site warehouse, update reports and ensure safety compliance.
• Follow schedules from planning, perform kitting and preparation tasks as required.
• Adhere to all procedures, process documentation, safety, anti‑static and housekeeping standards.
• Control materials inventory, perform transaction integrity checks and cycle counts.
• Support quality and production targets and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete all store‑related documentation and assist with lean initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in store or warehouse functions.
• Ability to work to prioritized schedules and meet quality and safety standards.
• Attention to detail for inventory control and documentation.
• Willingness to support team members and participate in lean activities.
