Stores Operator – Warehouse & Logistics

About the role

Moog Ireland Ltd is looking for a Stores Operator to join its warehouse and logistics team in Carrigaline. You will coordinate daily store activities, support inventory management, and ensure smooth interaction between purchasing, customer service, and planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manually set up equipment for component preparation and kit assembly.
• Pack and ship cards and units to customers or subcontractors on a weekly schedule.
• Maintain stock levels in the off‑site warehouse, update reports, and ensure safety compliance.
• Follow planning priorities for kitting, scheduling, and material control.
• Execute procedures, process documentation, and cycle‑counting activities.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and Lean practices.
• Complete all required stores documentation and perform miscellaneous duties as directed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in store or warehouse functions.
• Ability to work on‑site in Carrigaline and follow safety, anti‑static, and housekeeping standards.
• Strong attention to detail for inventory control and documentation.
