Strategic Business Development Representative – EMEA (French Speaking)

About the role

OpenAI is looking for a Strategic Business Development Representative to help expand its AI platform across large enterprises in the EMEA region. This French‑speaking position offers a fast‑track path into enterprise sales, providing exposure to senior stakeholders, product strategy, and AI‑driven go‑to‑market initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors to shape account strategy, multi‑thread relationships, and deal progression.
• Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns using industry context, stakeholder mapping, and product signals.
• Lead high‑quality discovery sessions to uncover business priorities, map stakeholders, and assess enterprise readiness.
• Contribute to pipeline reviews by sharing outbound activity, account insights, and early competitive signals.
• Build and iterate AI‑enabled GTM workflows (GPTs/agents) to scale prospecting and qualification.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales or strategic customer‑facing roles, preferably in finance, consulting, or regulated industries.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets.
• Experience selling into complex, regulated sectors such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, or Retail.
• Strong curiosity about AI technologies and ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences.
