The leading creative agency is seeking a senior Strategy Director to shape ambitious, effective work for major client portfolios. You will guide strategic direction, translate complex business challenges into clear creative opportunities, and help clients move their organisations forward.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction for major accounts, turning complex challenges into inspiring creative briefs.
• Distil research into human insights, focused propositions and compelling creative briefs.
• Develop persuasive narratives and presentations that build confidence and alignment.
• Identify growth, innovation and transformation opportunities beyond the immediate brief.
• Collaborate with creative, client leadership, production, digital and specialist teams.
• Lead strategic thinking for new‑business pitches and organic growth.
• Shape agency capabilities and market point of view.
• Design research approaches that balance rigour with pragmatism.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders as a strategic adviser.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading strategy for complex, high‑profile accounts.
• Ability to move confidently between brand, customer, digital and business strategy.
• Strong understanding of how insight and strategy unlock distinctive creative work.
• Proven skill in simplifying complex problems and communicating with clarity.
• Confidence presenting to and advising senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for cross‑disciplinary work.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and track record of creating new value.
