Success Architect – Sales Cloud/Platform (French/Italian)

About the role

The Success Architect joins Salesforce’s Cloud Success team to help strategic customers get the most out of Sales Cloud and the broader Platform. Working in a multilingual environment, you will provide expert guidance in French or Italian, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with support engineers to resolve technical challenges and prevent future issues.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to deliver strategic advice on architecture, performance, and long‑term health.
• Assess system performance, identify risks, and recommend optimisations.
• Provide guidance on application lifecycle management and roadmap planning.
• Communicate recurring challenges and feedback to Salesforce product teams to influence enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud or Platform.
• Strong understanding of scalability, security, and best‑practice architecture.
• Excellent communication skills in French or Italian, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of driving value‑based outcomes.
