Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator will join Global Fresh Exotics in Ireland to ensure the smooth flow of fresh exotic produce from growers to customers. This full‑time, on‑site position supports end‑to‑end logistics, inventory control and demand planning in a fast‑paced food supply environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory movements to maintain product freshness.
• Liaise daily with growers, logistics partners and internal teams to arrange deliveries and track shipments.
• Prepare purchase orders, maintain accurate documentation and update ERP systems.
• Assist with demand forecasting and operational planning to minimise waste and stock‑outs.
• Respond to internal and customer queries, manage service‑level expectations and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities to work with suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting supply‑chain data and identifying trends.
• Experience or knowledge in operations management and inventory control, preferably in food or produce sectors.
• Detail‑oriented, able to handle multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Experience using inventory or ERP systems.
