Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join an innovative FMCG organisation in Dublin. The role is permanent and focuses on ensuring smooth and efficient supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Track and monitor order status, addressing any delays or issues.
• Communicate order updates to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality, delivery, or pricing issues.
• Assist in evaluating supplier performance and support supplier selection.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, inventory, and shipping documentation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of supply‑chain experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of supply‑chain best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
