Supply Chain Coordinator – Logistics & Operations

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing supplier and distributor of premium ingredients across Ireland and international markets. They are looking for a highly organised, commercially aware Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the movement of fresh ingredients from suppliers to customers in multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics across several countries.
• Work closely with suppliers, freight providers, warehouses and customers to ensure smooth product flow.
• Monitor stock movement, delivery schedules and product availability.
• Manage transport bookings and maintain all supply‑chain documentation.
• Communicate accurately with internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve operational and logistical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Support inventory management and forecasting activities.
• Maintain strong service levels while controlling operational costs.
• Assist with continuous‑improvement initiatives within the supply‑chain function.

Required profile

• Previous experience in supply‑chain, logistics, operations or food coordination.
• Background in food manufacturing, FMCG or other fast‑moving sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a professional, team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
