Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

STP Group is seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to support the next phase of its growth. The role will focus on optimising supply chain operations, strengthening supplier relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination of inbound and outbound logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound deliveries from suppliers to internal warehouse and third‑party logistics (3PL) sites.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock movements.
• Manage relationships with logistics providers and 3PL partners.
• Support the company’s supply chain consolidation project and ensure business continuity during the transition.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Sales, Customer Service and external logistics partners to develop scalable processes.

Required profile

• Proactive, results‑driven professional with experience in supply chain coordination.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is advantageous.

• Base salary of €50,000, negotiable based on experience.
