Supply Chain Manager – Data Center Equipment

About the role

Google is looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end readiness and execution for critical data‑center equipment. You will act as the primary liaison between Google and its global suppliers, ensuring material, inventory, and production readiness from product inception through mass deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end (E2E) supply chain processes for large‑scale construction modules and high‑value data‑center equipment.
• Collaborate with internal partner teams and external suppliers to implement best‑practice supply chain principles.
• Manage product lifecycle activities, including new product introductions (NPI) and end‑of‑life (EOL) transitions.
• Coordinate capacity planning, early funding negotiations, and multi‑supplier sourcing across global regions.
• Monitor and improve delivery timelines, quality, and cost efficiency for global data‑center deployments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management and procurement/operations within a manufacturing or technology environment.
• Experience handling full product launches and phase‑outs, covering prototype to mass production.
• Proven ability to work in ambiguous, fast‑paced settings and communicate effectively with technical, non‑technical, and executive audiences.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, experience with data‑center or hyperscale cloud infrastructure supply chains, and strong project‑management track record.
