Supply Chain Manager, Data Center Equipment Supply Chain

About the role

Google is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to own the end‑to‑end readiness and execution of critical data‑center equipment. You will work on large‑scale construction modules and high‑value hardware that power Google’s global data‑center fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Google and its global suppliers, driving material, inventory and production readiness from concept to mass deployment.
• Design, implement and continuously improve supply‑chain processes and systems to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Lead negotiations for early funding and capacity planning across multiple suppliers.
• Promote supply‑chain best practices internally and with external partners.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and executive teams to align on project milestones and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply‑chain management, sourcing or category management.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical, non‑technical and executive audiences.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, unstructured environments with strong critical‑thinking skills.
• Track record of delivering complex products and managing large projects.

• Annual salary €118,000 – €121,000.
