Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will lead the planning and execution of supply‑chain activities for IDEX Pump Technologies' Shannon facility. You will ensure continuity of supply, support cost efficiency and drive strategic initiatives for both existing product lines and new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply‑chain planning and execution to meet production and customer demand.
• Maintain and improve forecasting models, planning parameters and ERP/MRP systems.
• Manage constraints such as material availability, demand fluctuations and supplier issues.
• Support or drive S&OP/SIOP processes, aligning operational plans with business strategy.
• Review ISO management processes monthly and publish related metrics.
• Coordinate order acknowledgements with the Customer Service team and communicate order changes, delays and updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply‑chain management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop and refine forecasting models.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Familiarity with S&OP/SIOP and ISO management processes.
