Supply Chain Manager – Pharma (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our innovative pharmaceutical company in Dublin. The role focuses on managing the European virtual supply chain, including supplier relationships, demand planning and S&OP processes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as relationship manager for all European supply chain partners, from manufacturing and packaging sites to distribution and wholesalers.
• Serve as central liaison between supply chain and in‑country commercial teams across Europe.
• Analyse country demand forecasts, assess trends and evaluate supply impact.
• Lead the European Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process in collaboration with local teams.
• Maintain quarterly cross‑functional business review meetings with suppliers and monitor KPIs.
• Provide training and drive continuous improvement in S&OP, demand management and statistical forecasting.
• Develop and challenge processes to achieve cross‑functional continuous improvement.
• Support regional brand strategy and lead lifecycle projects such as new country launches and SKU introductions.

Required profile

• Minimum BS/BE degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Previous experience managing CMOs and demand planning/ERP in pharma.
• Proven experience in supplier relationship management within a European context.
