Supply Chain Manager – Strategic Planning & Execution

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will lead the planning and execution of supply chain activities, ensuring reliable, efficient, and responsive support for both existing product lines and new product introductions. This onsite position works closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to align operational plans with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply chain planning and execution to meet production and customer demand.
• Maintain and improve forecasting models, planning parameters, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Manage constraints such as material availability, demand fluctuations, and supplier issues.
• Support S&OP/SIOP processes and publish monthly ISO management metrics.
• Coordinate order acknowledgements with Customer Service and provide timely updates on order changes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure effective communication.
• Develop and monitor sustainability initiatives within day‑to‑day operations.
• Conduct advanced data analysis, create dashboards, and report on OTD, backlog, inventory turns, and cost metrics.
• Maintain inventory strategies, manage excess/obsolete stock, and support cycle‑count processes.
