Supply Chain Planner & Coordinator (Permanent)

About the role

Join the Supply Chain & Logistics department as a Supply Chain Planner & Coordinator. You will be responsible for aligning demand forecasts with production capacity, managing inventory across multiple locations, and ensuring seamless delivery of products to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Review, challenge and improve demand forecasts to match customer needs and production capacity, identifying supply risks early.
• Control inventory and replenishment by optimising stock levels, safety stocks and reorder points across warehouses, assembly and external sites.
• Plan supply and manage gaps through regular analysis, collaboration with manufacturing sites and proactive risk escalation.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with Sales, Projects, Customer Service and Operations, acting as the main contact for supply issues, backorders and logistics complaints.
• Manage supply processes in SAP, handle purchase and inter‑company orders, maintain master data accuracy and track KPIs using Excel‑based reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards in daily operations.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification in Supply Chain, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end supply chain activities, including demand planning, inventory management and supply coordination.
• Strong planning, organisational and analytical abilities with high attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solution‑oriented, proactive, able to work independently, interpret data and support decision‑making.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally and building effective relationships with Sales, Operations, Customer Service and Supply Chain stakeholders.
