Supply Chain Specialist (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join a leading healthcare organisation on a 12‑month contract. Working closely with the internal supply chain team, you will ensure continuity of supply across a complex network of partners and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for supply chain and logistics queries, resolving day‑to‑day operational issues with partners and vendors.
• Coordinate regular demand‑and‑supply review meetings, documenting outcomes and action items.
• Manage the full order lifecycle from receipt through delivery, monitoring shipments and mitigating timeline risks.
• Support invoicing processes and collaborate with finance to resolve discrepancies.
• Work with logistics providers and customs agents to optimise product movement.
• Track supplier and customer performance against service level agreements and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate product, inventory and lifecycle data.
• Assist with new product introductions and transfers, ensuring contractual and timeline alignment.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or operations, preferably within healthcare, pharma or medical devices.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and professional stakeholder engagement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
