Supply Chain Transformation Specialist

About the role

Our global pharmaceutical client is looking for a Supply Chain Transformation Specialist to lead the deployment of a Future Focused Planning program across its manufacturing sites in Ireland. This 23‑month contract role is fully remote and offers the chance to shape supply chain operating models in a fast‑growing, science‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end deployment of the Future Focused Planning program at assigned sites.
• Partner with site leadership and supply planning teams to drive adoption of the new Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Conduct site readiness assessments and identify gaps against the target state.
• Develop and execute site‑specific deployment and change‑management plans.
• Deliver training and capability‑building sessions for site supply planning teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field (required).
• Master's degree or professional specialization in Supply Chain/Operations (preferred).
• Extensive experience in supply planning, demand planning or S&OP within a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of operating model design and transformation program delivery.
• Strong facilitation, training and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
