Supply & Demand Planner

About the role

The Supply & Demand Planner will join Bulgari’s Worldwide Logistics and Supply Chain Centre in Dublin, supporting the planning of high‑end jewellery, watches, perfumes and accessories. The role focuses on building accurate sales forecasts, managing inventory targets and coordinating new product introductions across the global network.

Key responsibilities

• Define sales forecasts for existing products, collecting and analysing data to improve accuracy and service levels.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on new‑product forecasting and integrate these into the global plan.
• Act as the forecasting interface with local and central departments, handling phase‑in and phase‑out impacts.
• Validate forecasts against budget, 3‑year plan and revisions, and monitor key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy.
• Develop and propose new forecasting models, working with IT as a key user for related applications.
• Set inventory level targets per item to meet service level goals and calculate monthly supply needs.
• Report and monitor service level, production and stock‑valuation KPIs, and address obsolescence risks.
• Lead S&OP meetings, support short‑term priorities and hedge medium‑ to long‑term risks.
• Ensure smooth new‑product introductions and manage phase‑out processes to avoid overstock.

Required profile

• University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in a supply chain or demand‑planning role.
