Supply & Demand Planner

About the role

Bulgari’s Worldwide Logistic and Supply Chain Centre in Dublin is seeking a Supply & Demand Planner to drive accurate forecasting and inventory management for its luxury jewellery, watches, perfumes and accessories portfolio. The role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to ensure product availability while protecting financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain sales forecasts for existing products, integrating data from multiple sources to improve accuracy and service levels.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on new‑product forecasts and manage phase‑in/phase‑out impacts.
• Act as the forecasting interface with local and central teams, validating forecasts against budgets, 3‑year plans and revisions.
• Develop and monitor KPI’s such as forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service levels, stock valuation and obsolescence.
• Design and implement new forecasting models, serving as a key user for related IT applications.
• Calculate monthly supply needs, report on supply‑planning performance and support S&OP meetings.
• Lead new‑product introductions and phase‑out processes to minimise overstock and ensure smooth assortment changes.

Required profile

• University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in a supply chain or demand‑planning role, preferably within a fast‑moving consumer goods or luxury environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills to work cross‑functionally across finance, sales, marketing and operations.
