Supply & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

This position is based in Ireland and offers the chance to own global supply chain operations within a fast‑growing international environment. You will manage the end‑to‑end flow of hardware products, coordinating manufacturers, logistics providers, distributors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage movement of hardware from manufacturers to distributors across multiple markets.
• Create and monitor purchase orders, production schedules, lead times and shipment plans.
• Oversee inventory activities, including stock allocation, partial deliveries and replenishment.
• Coordinate international logistics with freight forwarders, carriers and distribution partners.
• Support distributors with order coordination, delivery updates and issue resolution.
• Handle the RMA process, tracking issues, coordinating with manufacturers and performing root‑cause analysis.
• Analyse inventory levels, demand forecasts and operational data to guide purchasing decisions.
• Develop, document and improve SOPs and supply‑chain workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for scalability.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance and product teams to align objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing or related operations.
• Direct ownership of day‑to‑day activities and proven work with manufacturers.
• Strong understanding of international supply‑chain operations, logistics coordination and inventory management.
• Experience managing international shipments and working with freight forwarders.
