Supply Network Planner

About the role

The Supply Network Planner supports end‑to‑end network planning and inventory optimisation across our distribution network in Cork. Working hybrid (3 days on‑site, 2 days remote), you will ensure launch dates are met and that supply effectively meets demand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inter‑hub replenishment orders and resolve issues with logistics, customer service, planning and S&OP teams.
• Analyse hub saturation levels, handle excess inventory and back‑orders.
• Coordinate inventory allocation during constraints with STEM, ISG, IDG, External Operations Planning, PP&L and GPM.
• Set and maintain SAP APO parameters and indicators in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate master, regulatory and transactional data in relevant systems.
• Identify root‑cause of supply issues and communicate plans through the S&OP process.
• Provide day‑to‑day availability dates and supply commit dates to demand planning and market partners.
• Participate in global control‑tower activities, constraint management and global allocation processes.
• Support new product introductions and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain planning and inventory management.
• Familiarity with SAP APO and SAP data maintenance.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with logistics, customer service, S&OP and manufacturing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for root‑cause analysis.
