About the role

We are seeking a Swedish‑speaking Graduate Finance Analyst to join our client’s investment team in Dublin. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work closely with senior analysts, supporting client advisory and investment planning.

Key responsibilities

• Map prospective clients and analyse financial data to understand investment allocations.
• Assist in developing client profiles, assessing risk tolerance and investment objectives.
• Collaborate with internal analysts to compile comprehensive overviews of each client’s portfolio.
• Prepare suitability reports that the sales team will present to clients.
• Support the production of written reports and documentation for client meetings.

Required profile

• Fluent in Swedish (C2) and English, both written and spoken.
• Degree in finance, economics, banking or a related field – or relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with good time‑management to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to relocate to Dublin and work on‑site Monday‑Friday.
