System Administrator – Quality & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to support a well‑established manufacturing business in Monaghan. The role focuses on coordinating quality, environmental and industry‑specific management systems while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain quality, environmental and industry‑specific management systems and certifications.
• Organise internal and external audits and monitor resulting action plans.
• Compile, analyse and report on key business performance indicators.
• Review, update and control company procedures and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to senior management and assist with management review meetings.
• Manage environmental records, permits and compliance documentation.
• Support regulatory reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative, quality, compliance or similar role.
• Experience with ISO management systems and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to coordinate internal and external audits.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
