Talent Acquisition Coordinator (HR Specialist)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR Transaction Services team in Cork. The role supports recruitment, HR administration and a range of operational activities, ensuring smooth processes and high‑quality stakeholder service. This is a contract position running until December 2026 with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Administer payroll, pensions, learning & development coordination, performance management and benefits support.
• Coordinate recruitment processes: manage requisitions, liaise with candidates and suppliers, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks and post job ads.
• Oversee employee lifecycle tasks including onboarding, off‑boarding and maintenance of employee documentation.
• Generate HR reports, maintain accurate records and support HR systems such as MyWork.
• Respond to employee queries via ServiceNow, email and phone.
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and data‑privacy policies.
• Process finance‑related payments using Oracle eBusiness Suite.
• Collaborate with other HR teams and contribute to ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification (desirable).
• At least 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Oracle eBusiness Suite.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as MyWork.
• Ability to work with ServiceNow for employee support.
