Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the recruitment team of a multinational biopharmaceutical client, managing interview schedules, candidate logistics and day‑to‑day communications. The role is hybrid, requiring three days on‑site in either Sligo or Westport.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules, including executive and high‑profile candidate interviews.
• Handle emergency schedule changes and keep recruiters updated on request status.
• Maintain and report data using multiple databases and the Taleo Applicant Tracking System.
• Arrange international travel, accommodations and process expense reimbursements weekly.
• Process background and drug‑screen requests and update recruiters on progress.
• Provide high‑touch customer service to candidates, hiring managers and administrative staff.
• Support special events such as interview days, open houses and job fairs.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies.

Required profile

• University diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative or customer‑support coordination experience.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information securely.
• Prior experience in staffing coordination or HR is preferred.
