Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will deliver end‑to‑end recruitment solutions for Lakeland Dairies, supporting business growth across Ireland and beyond. Working closely with hiring managers and HR leaders, you will attract and appoint high‑quality talent aligned with the company’s strategy and values.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements and critical capabilities.
• Provide expert advice on sourcing strategies, talent market insights, assessment approaches and inclusive hiring practices.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing and approval through to offer and onboarding.
• Develop compelling job adverts aligned to the employer brand.
• Proactively source candidates using direct search, referrals, talent pools and social media.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates using structured and fair assessment methods.
• Manage offers, pre‑employment checks and handover to onboarding.
• Deliver a high‑quality, consistent experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Use ATS and recruitment data to track progress, report outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support employer branding activities, careers events and talent acquisition projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment in a corporate environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Ability to analyse recruitment data and drive continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices and employer branding.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
• Social media sourcing techniques.
