About the role

This fully remote position supports a fast‑growing SaaS organization in Ireland, driving high‑volume hiring across technical and professional functions. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end recruitment process while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions, from intake to offer.
• Conduct intake sessions to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates using proactive and AI‑assisted sourcing methods.
• Manage interview logistics, coordinate panels, and facilitate debriefs.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and provide regular pipeline updates to stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or technology environments.
• Proven success recruiting for technical roles such as software or systems engineering.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑volume requisitions simultaneously.
• Highly autonomous with a strong ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Workday.
