Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

AKESO Healthsearch is expanding its internal talent acquisition team and seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end internal hiring for its fast‑growing healthcare recruitment agency. You will partner with managers to understand workforce needs and help attract top talent across permanent, contract and locum roles.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media and networking.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with management to define hiring requirements and workforce planning.
• Screen, assess and interview candidates, ensuring role suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience at every stage.
• Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems and ATS platforms.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Assist with onboarding activities and broader people initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
