Talent Acquisition Sourcer – Engineering Projects

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join Suir Engineering’s growing team in Dublin. The role focuses on building pipelines and attracting qualified candidates for a range of technical and non‑technical positions across our engineering projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles such as Project Managers, multidisciplinary engineers and project delivery teams.
• Identify, screen and pre‑qualify candidates for trades, technical and non‑technical positions.
• Engage passive candidates through sourcing, networking, referrals and social media platforms.
• Utilise job boards, direct hiring channels and innovative sourcing methods to attract talent.
• Establish relationships with vocational schools, technical institutes and local workforce agencies.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and generate regular recruitment reports.
• Analyse the technical talent landscape and provide market insights to hiring managers.
• Support administrative tasks such as reference checks and onboarding documentation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work closely with senior TA partners and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
