About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Data) will drive the growth of technical teams by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top‑tier talent in highly competitive tech and security markets. Based in Ireland, you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment journey, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical and security roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build a high‑volume pipeline of qualified professionals.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align expectations, and deliver successful hires.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and assessments to evaluate technical fit.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and pipeline tracking.
• Continuously refine recruitment processes based on market insights and performance data.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in technical or IT environments.
• Proven track record recruiting for software, infrastructure, or security positions.
• Strong competency‑based interviewing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Upper‑Intermediate or higher).
• Effective stakeholder management and collaborative mindset.

• Solid understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
