Talent Attraction Partner – Sales Recruiting

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Attraction Partner to join our Sales Recruiting team in Dublin. In this versatile position you will blend hands‑on sourcing with data‑driven analysis, competitor intelligence and operational enablement to build high‑quality sales talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source, engage and assess top sales candidates across inbound, referral, internal mobility and outbound channels.
• Maintain candidate pipelines in the CRM, ensuring timely follow‑up and a strong candidate experience.
• Partner with Talent Delivery Recruiters to submit qualified candidates and support interview, coaching and offer stages.
• Gather and analyse competitor hiring patterns, compensation benchmarks and market trends to inform sourcing strategies.
• Build, manage and optimise Tableau dashboards and other reporting tools to provide actionable insights for recruiters and leadership.
• Support branding and activation events, track event outcomes and ROI, and manage communications to maximise visibility.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in talent attraction or recruitment, preferably within sales hiring.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
