Talent Attraction Specialist – Proactive Sourcing

About the role
This position sits at the crossroads of talent, marketing and strategy, driving proactive talent creation for a fast‑growing organisation. You will design and execute innovative sourcing campaigns to attract high‑quality candidates that competitors cannot reach.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and map target talent pools across priority roles and markets.
- Use a mix of platforms, communities and creative channels to discover and engage passive talent.
- Design and run targeted outreach campaigns with personalised, high‑conversion messaging.
- Develop and test new talent‑attraction formats such as events, referrals and storytelling.
- Provide talent intelligence on competitor hiring trends and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth handover of engaged candidates.
Required profile
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting or growth/marketing roles.
- Strong research capability and ability to map talent ecosystems.
- Excellent written communication, especially for outreach and storytelling.
- Creative, experimental mindset with a bias for action.
- Data‑driven approach focused on measurable outcomes.
Required skills
- Experience running talent or marketing campaigns.

- Competitive salary €45,000‑€55,000 depending on experience.
