Talent Partner – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

Mitie Ireland is seeking a Talent Partner on a six‑month contract to lead high‑volume recruitment across multiple vacancies. You will ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting agreed hiring timelines and service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for volume hiring, delivering against timelines and SLAs.
• Proactively source and build talent pipelines using job boards, social media, employee referrals and direct sourcing.
• Screen and assess large numbers of applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for operational and business‑critical roles using market mapping and competitor analysis.
• Utilise recruitment systems, ATS and sourcing tools, ensuring accurate record‑keeping for compliance and reporting.
• Support People Team projects such as employer branding, process improvements, onboarding and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing high‑volume recruitment campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to source candidates through direct recruitment methods.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
