Tax Accountant – Hybrid, Dublin

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Accountant to join the European finance team of a leading international financial services firm. Based in Dublin with a hybrid working model, the role offers exposure to complex cross‑border tax issues, financial markets and a fast‑paced trading environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax compliance and reporting across multiple European jurisdictions.
• Support senior finance leaders on strategic tax initiatives and process improvements.
• Provide technical tax advice on a range of tax heads, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address cross‑border tax matters and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Qualified Tax Advisor (AITI/CTA or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax compliance or advisory.
• Strong Irish corporate tax and tax accounting background.
• Commercially minded with excellent analytical and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience in financial services, banking, asset management or trading is a distinct advantage.
