Tax Director – Partner Track / Senior Advisory (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Director to join a leading independent tax advisory practice in Dublin. The role can be shaped as a partner‑track leadership position or a senior technical advisory role, depending on your career ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic tax advice to a portfolio of domestic and international clients.
• Advise on corporate restructures, acquisitions, disposals and succession planning.
• Lead complex advisory assignments from inception through delivery.
• Build and maintain long‑term trusted relationships with business owners and senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and support their development.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualified.
• Significant experience in professional services tax advisory.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of tax matters.
• Commercially focused with excellent relationship‑management skills.
• Proven experience leading complex advisory projects.
• Currently operating at Senior Manager, Director or equivalent level.
