About the role
Our client, a growing business operating across Ireland, is seeking a Tax & General Accountant to join their finance team during a period of expansion. The role blends day‑to‑day general accounting duties with a strong focus on tax compliance and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage month‑end and year‑end close processes.
- Prepare and file corporate tax returns and VAT returns.
- Ensure compliance with Irish Revenue requirements.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Support external audit and tax advisory processes.
Required profile
- Qualified or part‑qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA); CTA a plus.
- Solid experience in general accounting and/or corporate tax.
- Familiarity with Irish tax regulations preferred.
