About the role
A&L Goodbody's Tax team is hiring an experienced qualified Tax Lawyer for its Dublin office. The team advises leading corporates and financial institutions on Irish taxation advisory and transactional services. Candidates are invited to express interest, and the firm welcomes applications from Tax Lawyers with NQ and 5 years of PQE.
Key responsibilities
- International tax and cross-border planning for corporate reorganisations, restructurings and inward investment projects into Ireland
- Mergers, acquisitions, demergers and IPOs
- Tax controversy
- Capital markets and structured finance transactions
- Private equity transactions
- Transfer pricing
- Asset and project finance for international and domestic aircraft and equipment
- Real estate tax
Required profile
- NQ with 5 years of relevant PQE within a corporate law firm
- Qualified lawyer
- Professional tax or accounting qualification
