Tax Manager – Advisory Focus (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join a leading Top 20 Irish tax specialist. The role is advisory‑focused, supporting both new and existing high‑net‑worth clients and their associated companies, working closely with Tax Directors and Partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice and compliance services across Corporation Tax (CT), Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and Capital Acquisitions Tax (CAT) for HNWI clients and their firms.
• Collaborate directly with Partners and Directors to develop technical expertise and deliver high‑quality tax solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long‑term engagement and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the firm’s advisory practice and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified ACA/ACCA and CTA.
• Experience in a Top 10 or Top 20 accounting/tax firm, preferably within Irish taxation.
• Motivated to provide the best advice and support to clients.
• Committed to developing tax expertise for the long term.

• Base salary €75,000 – €85,000 per year.
