Tax Manager – Corporate Tax & Compliance

About the role

Join a leading Irish group in Dublin as a Tax Manager, reporting to the Tax Director and working within a collaborative tax and finance team. You will be responsible for overseeing corporate tax compliance, supporting tax planning initiatives, and contributing to strategic advisory projects across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the corporate tax compliance process, including Pillar Two reporting requirements.
• Assist with transfer pricing aspects of intercompany transactions.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
• Support tax planning initiatives and special projects.
• Provide tax input on mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, including due‑diligence support.
• Review and improve tax processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor changes to Irish and international tax laws and assess their impact.
• Identify and drive process‑improvement and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• CTA qualified with training completed within a corporate tax team of a large or mid‑tier firm, operating at manager level.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
• Strong analytical and interpretative skills with keen attention to detail.
