Tax Manager – Corporate Tax Solutions

About the role

PWC Ireland’s Tax Solutions Centre (TSC) is seeking a Tax Manager to lead complex corporate tax projects and support the firm’s three core tax channels. You will work with a diverse team of over ten specialists, providing technical advice to blue‑chip clients across sectors such as digital, pharmaceutical, retail, manufacturing, asset management, banking, aviation, construction and real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve complex corporate tax queries arising across the practice.
• Research and document technical tax matters, with a focus on Pillar Two implementation.
• Draft tax technical papers, template wordings and client‑facing materials.
• Monitor domestic and international corporate tax developments and prepare internal releases.
• Review court decisions and Tax Appeals Commission determinations, producing concise briefs for the practice.
• Assist in organising client briefings, webinars and other knowledge‑sharing events.

Required profile

• Qualified tax professional with several years of corporate tax experience.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Excellent written communication, capable of producing technical documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with partners, directors and cross‑functional teams.
