Tax Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Manager to join a leading international law firm’s advisory team in Dublin. The role is ideal for a Chartered Tax Advisor with strong corporate and international tax experience who wants to work on high‑quality, complex transactional matters within a top‑tier legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver complex advisory tax projects for domestic and international clients.
• Support corporate restructurings, acquisitions, cross‑border transactions and M&A, IPO, and investment structuring work.
• Assist private‑equity, corporate tax planning and transfer‑pricing engagements.
• Contribute to structured finance, cross‑border advisory and real‑estate/asset‑finance tax matters.
• Participate in tax controversy and Revenue engagements when required.
• Share knowledge internally and help develop technical expertise across the team.

Required profile

• Chartered Tax Advisor (or equivalent qualification).
• 2‑5 years of experience in corporate tax or advisory.
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax with international exposure.
• Experience in transactional tax work, including M&A or restructurings.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and commercial mindset.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
