Tax Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join a forward‑thinking accountancy practice in Dublin. In this leadership position you will work closely with the Managing Partner, overseeing tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver tax compliance engagements and support tax planning work.
• Oversee staff allocation, deadlines and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Handle a varied portfolio of corporate clients across multiple sectors, providing expert tax advice and building lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with the team to add value to client work and improve overall performance.
• Support the development of junior staff and work with the tax partner to strengthen the firm’s tax capability.

Required profile

• CTA tax qualification (essential).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Irish practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax legislation and Revenue systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines with leadership experience.
